Firm Overview. The law office of Marcus Olson, Attorney at Law, is located in Gahanna, Ohio, and serves the greater Columbus and suburban area, as well as surrounding counties in Central Ohio. The practice is limited to representing clients charged with OVI/DUI, criminal offenses, and traffic offenses.
Firm Size. My office consists of one attorney and two legal assistants. Operating a criminal defense practice is a personal service business and I believe it should be operated in an open and friendly manner. Keeping my case load light, I can best provide that personal service you deserve. I handle every case personally, rather than supervising cases handled by associates.
Fees. For most of my services a flat fee is charged, so that clients know at the beginning of the case exactly how much my representation will cost. Initial case evaluation is free, but a retainer is required before representation begins. Visa and Mastercard are honored.
Attorney. Welcome, I am Marcus Olson. I have been practicing criminal defense since 1997, and my experience includes hundreds of cases, including many jury trials, in jurisdictions throughout central Ohio.
Office Location. My office is conveniently located near Interstate 270 in Gahanna, Ohio on the north-eastern side of Columbus. The office's proximity to Interstate 270 makes it easily accessed from all areas of central Ohio. From this location, I regularly practice in Franklin, Fairfield, and Licking County courts, and throughout central Ohio.

Office Operation. You will find that my office is client-friendly. We speak in plain English and we are accessible, but we are professional and discreet. My office uses modern technology (for communication, document preparation, research, investigation, and case management), so we provide legal services efficiently and effectively. I communicate with my clients regularly so they are informed of all developments with their cases and so I may answer all of their questions.
